The Chef

Marco Mainardi

Chef Marco Mainardi, born in Varese in 1983, has an extensive career in famous and important restaurants worldwide.

He has worked at the Schuman restaurant in Ispra, headed by Chef Silvio Battistoni and at the two Michelin-starred La Taverna del Capitano, headed by Chef Alfonso Caputo.

Another noteworthy experience is his time at the Locatelli restaurant in London.

His knowledge and skill set are the foundation of his renowned creations.
